What the site covers
Future Systems publishes research pages on AI tools. The directory currently lists 83 tools. Each one has its own page at /tools/ with what the tool does, who it suits, pricing, free plan status, limitations, and alternatives. Tools are grouped into 10 categories: AI Video, AI Images, AI Automation, AI Writing, AI Research, AI Productivity, AI Marketing, AI Coding, AI Audio, and AI Social Media.
51 of the 83 tools have an ongoing free plan, and those are collected on the free AI tools list. Each tool page also links to alternatives and to similar tools in the same category. The site also has category pages for browsing by job, and a free starter pack, the AI Toolkit.
How tool pages are researched
- Official sources first. Product descriptions, plans, and prices come from the vendor's own website, pricing page, help docs, or official app store listing. Source URLs are kept with the research for each record.
- Dated pricing checks. Records carry a research date and a pricing check date. A tool page shows the month it was last verified. When a price could not be confirmed from an official page, the page says so instead of filling the gap.
- Real homepage screenshots. 81 of the 83 tool pages show a screenshot of the tool's own homepage, captured signed out. Pages where only a login wall or signup modal loaded have no screenshot.
- Official logos. Tool logos are the vendor's own brand marks.
- No invented facts. Free plans, trials, and starting prices are only listed when an official source states them. Contact sales is shown when a vendor publishes no price.
Affiliate links
Some tool links are affiliate links. Future Systems may earn a commission when a reader buys through one, at no extra cost to the reader. These links run on web.futuresystems.io and are labeled as partner links on the tool page. When there is no partnership, the button goes to the tool's official website.
